Nurse Anesthesia Specialization

Curriculum

The College of Nursing academic standards are identical with those in the University of North Dakota (UND) Academic Catalog. The program, with a thesis or non-thesis option, begins in August of each year and continues for a consecutive full 24 months. Upon completion of all academic and clinical requirements, students graduate with a Master of Science degree with a major in Nursing. Upon graduation, students will be eligible to sit for the national certification examination leading to licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

*Pending institutional and COA approval a 28 month curriculum will be insituted in August of 2009. Watch for these exciting changes!
