Please submit the following items to the Graduate School to complete your application to the certificate program.
APPLICATION FORM. Please complete all sections of the application and sign and date the form. You may either fax or mail the form back to the Graduate School. http://graduateschool.und.edu/html/forms.html
APPLICATION FEE. A $35 application fee (check or money order only in U.S. funds) must accompany each application for admission. The application fee will not be waived or deferred, and it is non-refundable. For your own protection, please do not send cash.
TRANSCRIPTS. Official copies of all academic transcripts, including undergraduate and graduate course work, must arrive in envelopes sealed by the registrar. Transcripts that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted. The Graduate School will obtain UND transcripts.
ADMISSIONS
Once your application is complete, it will be forwarded to the graduate director of the respective program for approval. You will be notified once a decision has been made. You will receive information on registration once admitted.
