Background Check

Due to the requirements of the health care profession, clinical facilities, certain curriculum programs, and the College of Nursing's obligation to community facilities, all graduate applicants must submit to and satisfactorily complete a background check. Current graduate students must also submit to an annual background check.

Passing the background check is required for admission and continued enrollment in the graduate program.

1. Be sure to have your credit card ready; the cost is $60
2. Go to: https://client.verifiedcredentials.com/nodak/default.cfm
3. Click on the GO button
4. At the bottom of the page, click on the orange Click Here
5. Go into the drop down box and choose University of North Dakota - Graduate Nursing
6. Click Next
7. Fill out the information as it requests
8. Once you receive e-mail confirmation of completion, forward it to Pam Henderson pamhenderson@mail.und.edu
