Q. Can I apply if I have taken a statistics course?
A. We can admit students who do not have that requirement. You would be admitted "provisionally"--meaning that we would give you a time frame (usually 1-2 semesters) in which you would need to complete a stats course. Sometimes students apply and get admitted in the spring and then take a stats course in the summer, before starting the program in the fall. You can transfer in a stats course (check with graduate office) or take one of ours here at UND. There are two statistics courses being offered online. Psych 241- Introduction to Statistics and Econ 210 - Intro to Business & Economic Statistics. The classes are offered anytime and are not based on semester, refer to: http://www.conted.und.edu/correspondence/.
